Returns

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it promptly with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kebasom is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
